I wanted to post this for the record. I don't need any legal problems :)

This is the email response that I got from Tim in regards to using his name and products here. His name is Registered and you are suppose to get permission.

hi nancy - thanks for the email.
not a problem at all. the registered part is so people cannot create "tim holtz" products or class kits with the name.using it for reference is just fine.
i appreciate you doing the challenge. thanks for that! after all, it's about using what we have and enjoying the journey.
